It’s ‘The Good Life’ for us!

After the smash success of Ladies’ Day back in 2024, Mark Ogilvie is back in the director’s chair for another dose of feel-good fun.

This October, we will be putting on The Good Life, a play based on the classic 1970’s BBC sitcom, and we want you to join us. The epic tale of Tom and Barbara Good’s road to self-sufficiency, and the eccentricities of their neighbours Margo and Jerry Leadbetter, will be brought to the small stage in Bluntisham for a week of comedy and nostalgia. With a host of shenanigans for the foursome to get tangled up in, there’s no telling how it will end!

We’re holding an open play reading on 11th June, 8pm at Bluntisham Baptist Church Hall. So whether you’re interested in acting or just want to see what all the fuss is about, we’d love to see you there.

Auditions will be held on 18th & 23rd June, 8pm onwards at the same venue. These will be in 20 minute slots, so please email us to book one at bacstage.amdram@gmail.com
