An unexpected pregnancy announcement gets broadcast to the entire village, but is Gosforth’s Fete fated to be disastrous? Expect tears, inebriation, and electrocution before the day is out.
Over in Little Grimley, a hapless amateur dramatics society desperate for an audience holds an emergency meeting – complete with social distancing – to discuss their next production when restrictions ease. But based on their previous efforts, will they even make it to opening night?
